About our Founder

Mylene Duffy, President and CEO of Dynamics Advertising has a BS degree in Communications from one of the leading advertising schools in the country, S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, at Syracuse University. Her major was advertising and her minor was psychology.

After college, Mylene worked for Conill Advertising (now a division of Saatchi & Saatchi), one of the dominant New York City Advertising Agencies specializing in the Hispanic Market. She was the Head Copywriter for advertising and marketing campaigns for companies such as McDonald's, Campbell's Soup, Dial Soap, Pepsi, Scott Paper, Nestle, Quaker, New York Yellow Pages, Metropolitan Insurance, and many others. She participated in the casting and production of her commercials and worked with musicians on jingles. The advertising campaigns aired in the USA as well as Puerto Rico and other Spanish-speaking countries.

After New York City, Mylene continued her advertising career in the Anglo Market, specifically in the radio industry. Mylene first wrote commercials for two radio stations. Then, she sold advertising for the FM station of the same broadcasting organization. After much success at radio selling, Mylene became the Vice President and General Sales Manager of the broadcasting company for more than ten years.

Mylene moved to North Carolina and formed Dynamics Advertising in October of 2002. Dynamics Advertising is completely bilingual. The business was incorporated in October of 2004. Mylene is currently on the Board of the Latino Professional Forum in Greensboro, on the Board of Directors of the Arts Council of Greater Greensboro, and is in the Council for the Training & Professional Development for the Greensboro Merchants Association (GMA), which is responsible to find the expert speakers for GMA's popular Workplace Workshops. Her company is a member of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, the Latin American Chamber of Commerce in Charlotte, NC, the Greensboro Merchants Association, and the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce.
